Frequently asked questions about gift cards
Card validity
Minamart gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The expiration date is printed on the card and can also be checked in your personal account. We recommend using the card before the expiration date, as unused funds cannot be refunded or transferred.
Activation:
Gift cards are activated automatically at the time of purchase. You can use the card immediately after receiving it. Simply present the card number at checkout or enter it in the promo code field when shopping online. No additional registration or activation steps are required.
Partial use:
You can use your gift card for multiple purchases until the balance is fully spent. If your purchase amount exceeds the card balance, you can pay the difference using any other available payment method. The remaining balance is saved on the card for future purchases.
Returns and exchanges:
If you return items purchased with a gift card, the refund will be credited back to the gift card balance. Cash refunds are not available for gift card purchases. The returned amount will be available for use within 3-5 business days after the return is processed.
Lost card:
If you lose your gift card, please contact our customer support immediately at support@minamart.ae. We can block the lost card and issue a replacement with the remaining balance, provided you have proof of purchase. A small replacement fee may apply.
